How to guarantee love, peace, and happiness in your life (should you choose it)

That’s the key word: choose.

How dedicated are you to fine-tuning your predominant energy? Because let me tell you, my friend, it may not be an easy road.

In this present world, fear and unworthiness are spewed from every angle. Pervasive messages saying “You aren’t enough until…”

“You aren’t enough until you’re married with 2.5 kids and a dog and a white picket fence.”

“You aren’t enough until you’ve built a billion dollar company.”

“You aren’t enough until you have an hourglass waist or 8-pack abs.”

“You aren’t enough. You aren’t enough. You aren’t enough.”

These are all examples of standards society can set. But what does your heart say? Do you even really want any of those things? Do you really, truly want any of those things?

And if there’s even an inkling of you that says “no, not really”, LISTEN to that part and conversate with it. What is it that you really, truly want? Because while it may be easy to just follow the freeway pre-paved for you, it might lead to a hollow emptiness you can’t seem to escape, until you truly follow your heart, that is.

It’s inherently human to want to coagulate to the standards that the collective society sets. It’s not your fault that you want to fit in. It’s natural and human. But when fitting in regularly takes precedence over speaking your truth, that’s when your being can start to feel stifled, depressed, and unfulfilled.

So when this happens, pause, feel into your heart, and choose.

It’s scary to go the road less traveled, but know that if you are listening to your heart, you are divinely protected. Who cares what other humans say when you have a limitless Source Energy on your side? That’s what’s inside your heart: the connection to Source Energy.

Should you “fail”, you don’t lose anything. You only gain wisdom and resilience. Remember, you are an infinite being experiencing tiny, discrete experiences one at a time by being a human being. You are a limitless divine being, tasting out the morsels of the different chocolate chips of life. So why not try?

“Because it’s scary.”

It’s okay to be scared. It’s okay to even not try at all. You could stagnate and keep yourself safe in the confines of your known environment. But like a muscle that doesn’t get added weight and resistance, your growth would be nonexistent too. Again, this is all fine and dandy should you be consciously content with your life and want for nothing more.

But for those of you who aren’t content, those of you who feel in their gut that this emptiness is not your end point, that’s also great. Let your gut be your guide. Let your emptiness be your springboard into true fulfillment. But again, you have to choose it.

You have to choose uncertainty over playing it completely safe.

You have to choose growth over fear.

You can be as scared as you want and still move with your fear instead of letting it paralyze you. (With that being said, work within your comfortable discomfort zone. Tiny, consistent steps done over a long period of time lead to transformative change, not a big bang of large leaps that fizzle out just as quickly as they jumped in the picture.)

And remember there is no benchmark or end goal except for the ones you put on yourself. And if you let go of those, there really won’t be anything for you to stress about.

We choose stress just as much as we choose peace.

Keyword: choose.

When you set and stick to an intention long enough, it becomes a guarantee in your life.

But the question is…

Are you brave enough to choose it?
